ISR Solutions, Inc.

ISR Solutions, Inc., an electronic security system integrator, was co-founded by the Partnership, to provide access security systems design, engineering, installation, and maintenance services for Federal Government and commercial customers. The company’s security products and solutions included card access and biometric technology, such as fingerprint recognition, iris identification, and facial thermography. It also provided services and products relating to various aspects of electronic security technology, including CCTV surveillance and emergency response systems.

ISR's client list included Capital One, the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Health and Human Services, NASA and the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank. At the time of the company’s sale to the Stanley Works, ISR was the largest independent security system integrator in the country.

Delex Fairfax Integrated Security Services, Inc.

Delex Fairfax is a major comprehensive provider of information technology security and electronic security integration services to the Federal Government and Fortune 1000 companies.

Three years after the sale of ISR to Stanley the partnership was approached by former senior management to look at building a newer version of the old ISR. In the intervening years it had become clear that the security industry was becoming increasingly software focused. IP enabled access control and video surveillance systems were quickly eclipsing analog devices. Complicating matters however was the fact that traditional security integrators have little to no expertise or experience working with software and doing integration in an IT environment. And conversely, traditional software application development companies have no knowledge of security or experience working in the electronic security industry

To bridge this discontinuity the partnership formed a joint venture with Delex Systems, Inc. of Vienna, Va., a leading provider of advanced systems engineering, security, intelligence support, software simulation, interactive training and information technology solutions to the Federal Government and international clients.

Currently no significant regional or national player in the security field combines the range of capabilities, management expertise, and project experience that Delex Fairfax is able to provide. The company is able to focus on servicing a client's security needs across a broad spectrum of technologies and disciplines. Its business strategy is to provide a holistic, integrated "all source" approach to each assignment.

Products and services include: physical and access control, including intrusion detection systems, perimeter security and ground based radar; IP video management, analytics and mobile surveillance; converged security, including identity management single-sign-on, correlation of physical and IT security events, and the design and installation of total information management and surveillance platforms.

On the IT security side the company provides services to design, install, and manage enterprise wide, highly-secure classified networks; the marking and control of classified documents; cyber security, including e-discovery and computer forensics. In addition the company designs systems that monitors, tracks, and analyzes the movements of mobile commerce, including vehicular, rail, and maritime shipping.
